In F1® Manager 2024, creating your own team adds an exciting new dimension to the game.  You have the freedom to recruit the best staff and drivers and negotiate with sponsors. The innovative mentality system and dynamic contract negotiations keep your drivers and staff motivated and aligned with your goals. You can also take charge of your team's facilities and focus on developing your drivers to implement your vision effectively.

Enhanced AI for rival teams means the competition is tougher than ever. When it comes to race day, the game enhances the spectacle with improved racing behavior, coupled with dynamic new camera angles, which enriches the simulation experience. Every race requires careful strategizing, and you can give your drivers on-the-fly commands to maximize their performance. However, mechanical failures can disrupt even the most foolproof strategies. 

The game's visual representation of circuits has been significantly upgraded. This includes the reintroduction of the Shanghai International Circuit. Enhanced track marbling and the integration of more real-world data result in clearer racing lines and the most detailed trackside visuals to date, offering an unmatched visual experience. However, the gameplay remains restricted to a single-player mode, as with earlier versions, which continues to limit its social interaction aspects.
